SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Job Description

• Assist the Senior Architect in his/her duties
• Collaborate with the design team to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design development documents
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using REVIT
• Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and relevant building codes
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project goals and requirements
• Prepare and update tender documentation and construction drawings
• Attend site visits and resolve site-related architectural issues
• Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary statutory approvals
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, technologies, and architectural best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development and support the pursuit of architectural licensure
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Prepare Feasibility Studies/ EOI/ Architectural Competitions as and when required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of relevant architectural experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Willing to work on Site independently and coordinate with Other Consultants
