Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives

  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration

  • Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives

  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership, employee engagement, and people management

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary cases

  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fair employment practices

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies

  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture

HR Operations & Projects

  • Collaborate with HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery

  • Support implementation of HR policies, systems, and process improvements

  • Guide leaders through organizational changes, including restructuring and role redesign

General Administration (GA) & Office Management

  • Oversee office facilities management, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient workplace

  • Manage procurement of office and operational equipment

  • Support contract review, renewal, and vendor management for services and equipment

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as corporate secretaries and legal advisors

  • Support administrative needs of the local office

  • Assist in branding-related initiatives where required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 6-9 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to HR Business Partnering

  • Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
