Job Description
- Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact
- Independently prepares plans and specifications for construction and/or alteration of buildings
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. Keep within budgets and timelines.
- Execute and manage projects to the firm's design requirements
- Demonstrated collaboration and proven ability to excel in a team environment
- Strong design flair in conceptualization & visual awareness with an eye for detail an advantage
- Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage
Requirements
- A recognized Degree/Master in Architecture from a reputable university
- 4 to 10 years of working experience
- Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations is a prerequisite, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Proficiency in CAD/functional drafting capability/Sketchup
- BIM proficiency will be an advantage
- Able to work well in a team
