Senior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

. Developing design concepts into detailed design.

. Preparation of technical package and co-ordinate with technical support team

. Liaise and co-ordinate with internal team members, clients and consultants.

. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an active part in Client presentations, explaining design concepts and technical inputs.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

. Bachelors/Masters in Architecture.

. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

. Experience in working with South East Asia projects especially in Vietnam

. Proven track record of completed projects in Vietnam

. Proficiency in Vietnamese language is add on advantage project management & liaison with client and consultants in Vietnam

. Strong design sense

. Strong computer aid skills such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Adobe package

. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

. Excellent organisational and collaboration skills with a multi-disciplinary team

. Team Player.

. A proactive approach to responding to project challenges and exceeding Client's expectations.
