Our Client, a building consultant firm, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Junior / Senior Architect.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To lead a team of consultants in implementation of local private and public projects.
- Direct design development towards architectural intent.
- Fulfil client and authorities requirements.
- Able to plan and deliver work by datelines.
- Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and other related facilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a recognized Degree in Architectural studies
- At least a minimum 5 years of Architectural experiences
- Good knowledge in design / client engagement and project management
- Preferred familiarity with industrial building projects
- Good knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations
- Strong in contracts with technical and site experience
