To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities&apos requirements and standards.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
Essential duties include the following:
- Project management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team
- Oversee the tendering process including evaluation, recommendation and award processes
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities&apos requirements
- Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members
Requirements:
- Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects Singapore
- 5 to 8 years post graduate experience
- Good track record
- Familiar with Singapore building regulations and codes of practice
- Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Archicad
