Senior Analyst, Regional Controllership

Job Description

• Collaborate with country finance teams to roll out crucial projects and new developments.
• Provide guidance to local finance team to ensure smooth month-end closing, accuracy of system data and any accounting related matters
• Liaise and direct the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast exercises
• Develop financial policies and procedures in compliance with group level requirements and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)
• Manage crucial projects and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, potential finance and tax risks and propose feasible solutions to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of relevant full-time working experience in Finance related roles
• Big 4 accounting firm experience would be a plus
• Knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) would be a plus
• Strong team player with experience in leading, developing and growing teams
• Passionate in the finance space and loves to challenge the status quo
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment while delivering desired results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to travel to local market within Asia for business trip
