Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity to support and strengthen our group-wide cyber defence capabilities at SATO Global Business Services Pte. Ltd. In this role, you will play a key part in cybersecurity incident handling, driving security awareness initiatives, and delivering cybersecurity projects across SATO Group Companies.

What You Will Do

. Support cybersecurity incident handling (CSIRT)activities - including detection, investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews.

. Perform log analysis, security monitoring, and review of potential cybersecurity threats or anomalies, escalating issues where required.

. Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects, covering planning, implementation, coordination, and post-go-live support.

. Drive the deployment and lifecycle management of security technologies such as endpoint protection, SIEM, XDR, vulnerability management, PAM, and network security.

. Support cybersecurity governance, risk assessments, compliance initiatives (ISO/NIST/CIS), and security awareness programmes across the Group.

What We Are Looking For

. Minimum 4 years of cybersecurity or IT security experience, with at least two full project management lifecycle experiences.

. Hands-on experience in incident response and cybersecurity project delivery.

. Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and regions.

. Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.

. Familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM, XDR, PAM, and endpoint protection platforms.

. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
