Working experience in IT industry (Helpdesk) - 3 year experience

Familiar with ServiceNow

Knowledge in handling incident tickets etc

Knowledge in vulnerability management

Provide VIP support

Knowledge in New Joiner account creation (Able to pickup and be a fast learner)

New Joiner Onboarding introduction

Leavers Offboarding (Collecting back assets - laptop / work mobile)

Lost device reporting & replacement (Know what to do and guide user if this happens)

Provisioning of software and license

Device Loan request (Reclone of loan laptops)

Issuing of peripheral loan items

Perform USB Exception request

Perform VPN Disablement request

Perform Cloud PC request
