Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Corporate Development will support strategic growth initiatives across Savills Singapore Group, incl. acquisitions, investments, partnerships, business reviews and post-acquisition monitoring. The role will provide analytical, coordination, and execution support to the Manager, Corporate Development, and work with business leaders, internal functions, target companies and external advisers for the full corporate development lifecycle, incl. pipeline management and post-acquisition monitoring.

1. Corporate Development

• Support the evaluation and execution of acquisition, investment and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Maintain corporate development opportunity pipeline, incl. next steps, key decision points, and timelines.
• Conduct industry, market and competitor research to support investment and strategic initiatives.
• Analyse the strategic rationale, commercial considerations, key risks, and potential benefits of opportunities.
• Prepare summaries, investment theses, discussion materials, and recommendations for management review.

2. Financial & Business Analysis

• Analyse financial and operational performance of target companies.
• Build and maintain financial models, incl. historical analysis, forecasts, and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare benchmarking and scenario analyses.

3. Transaction & Due Diligence Support

• Assist to coordinate financial, legal, tax and technical due diligence workstreams.
• Coordinate information requests, data rooms, trackers, inputs from Finance, Legal, HR, and relevant teams.
• Support transaction documentation and approval processes.

4. Governance & Post-Acquisition Monitoring

• Support post-acquisition initiatives and monitoring of acquired businesses.
• Monitor performance against approved business plans and investment assumptions.
• Prepare periodic management decks, investment papers, board papers, and decision materials for approvals.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and follow up actions arising from management meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 1-4years of relevant experience, incl. corporate development, corporate finance, transaction advisory, FP&A, audit, or accounting.
• Prior exposure to M&A, financial modelling, due diligence, or investment analysis would be advantageous.
