Job Description

Job summary:

Provide support in Support in compensation, benefits & mobility activities and programs. This global role provides support on the execution of processes, compliance with policies, and timely delivery of employee services, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role is also expected to proactively propose solutions or workarounds for system setup, benefits operations, and mobility processes to enhance efficiency and resolve issues. This role also requires providing support in C&B, mobility projects and other HR projects.

1. Support Compensation Activities

  • Support in salary review and performance bonus cycle - data compilation, data verification, data analysis.
  • Support in salary benchmarking - support in completing compensation survey and mapping of job roles.
  • Support in Job Evaluation project - organization of JE documentation like org chart/JD/result etc.
  • Support in salary band development - data download and template update
  • Support in Compensation planning and process improvement

2. Benefits Activities

  • HQ & Agency Networks - Support in coordination and administration of employee benefits programs (insurance, medical, recognition, wellness).
  • HQ & Agency Networks - Support in benefits planning and process improvement
  • HQ - Coordinate with vendors and resolve employee queries under guidance from the Manager
  • HQ & Agency Networks - Support in tracking the status on insurance renewal review and consolidation of renewed benefits for benefit analysis project.
  • Provide support in benefits project (also see no. 4)

3. Global Mobility

  • Support in the coordination and facilitation of all Global mobility activity
  • Support in handling of first-level queries from assignees, host HR, and home HR regarding mobility policies, allowances, and processes.
  • Assist smooth mobility pre-, during, and post-assignment processes.
  • Liaise with vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services.
  • Track assignment documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure billing invoices for global mobility services are accurate and processed timely. If intercompany billing is required, work with the Intercompany department to ensure charges are billed to respective entities.

4. Support Compensation & Benefits Programs and Projects

  • Support in gathering and compiling existing data and information on all PIL compensation & benefits policies and practices in all Countries and HQ.
  • Navigate across different platforms and reports for researching and identify key perspectives to perform external benchmark - (e.g. benefits trends, external labour market, and total employment cost etc.)
  • Audit relevant legislation, regulations, and trends related to compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements and compile finding and report.
  • Analytic of compensation and benefits programs to assess their effectiveness- uses data to strategically design, manage, and assess employee pay, rewards, and competitiveness, and alignment with business goals to attract and retain top talent. It involves key activities like salary benchmarking, ensuring pay equity, cost management.
  • Compile all existing C&B processes, evaluate and identify improvement areas for workflows for efficiency
  • Support in all other HR Projects


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, with good understanding of compensation and benefits programs and practice at a regional capacity
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
