Senior / Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and business performance insights.

• Support rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial projections.

• Conduct financial, commercial, KPI, cost, inventory, and scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with finance, business, and treasury teams, and support performance review meetings with regional stakeholders.

• Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and corporate projects, including improvement initiatives and potential corporate finance activities.

• Provide meaningful insights to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Occasional business travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certification is an advantage).

• 3+ years of experience in corporate financial analysis Big 4 or accounting firm experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Excellent Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau).

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

• Proactive, responsible, and a quick learner with good communication skills.
