Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Senior Admissions & Operations Executive to lead and manage the admissions process and provide administrative and operational support at our international school. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional admissions experience to prospective families, ensuring efficient school operations, and supporting the leadership team in administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrolment
- Lead and manage the end-to-end student admissions process from inquiry to enrolment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries (email, phone, in-person)
- Conduct school tours, orientations, and admission briefings for prospective students and parents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student admissions records using the school's CRM and student management systems
- Liaise with academic and finance departments to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new students
- Prepare, review, and issue offer letters, acceptance forms, and related documentation
- Track enrolment targets and generate periodic reports for the leadership team
- Support marketing initiatives such as open houses, school fairs, and promotional events
Administration and Operations
- Provide administrative support to the School Leadership Team as required
- Oversee student registration, attendance tracking, and related documentation
- Coordinate with external agencies or government bodies (e.g., CPE, MOE, ICA) for regulatory compliance
- Manage and maintain physical and digital student records in accordance with PDPA and school policies
- Support school events, communication with parents, and internal documentation needs
- Ensure office administrative operations are efficient, including stationery, filing, and correspondence
- Supervise and train junior administrative staff (if applicable)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in admissions and/or school administration, preferably in an international school setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Google suite and school management systems (CRM, SIS)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory requirements for private schools (e.g., CPE) is a plus

Working Hours
