The Operations / Center Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the S.T.E.A.M. enrichment center, supporting both front-line service delivery and back-end operations. This position requires strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills to manage classes, customer experience, logistics, and administrative support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Center & Program Operations
- Oversee daily center operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and readiness of classrooms.
- Ensure trainers are properly briefed and equipped before sessions begin.
- Track class attendance and escalate any irregularities to Operations Manager
2. Customer Engagement & Administration
- Assist in onboarding, and communication with parents and students.
- Finalise student reports, feedback summaries, and progress tracking for the Ops Manager
- Maintain accurate and updated records of student enrollment and class changes.
3. Event & Logistics Support
- Help organize in-center events, camps, or school-based programs (ECA/CCA/Holiday Camps).
- Ensure teaching kits, laptops/tablets, and learning materials are prepared and accounted for.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, lesson materials, and marketing collaterals.
4. Payment & Invoicing Coordination
- Coordinate invoicing and track payments
5. Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Monitor and consolidate trainer feedback and customer satisfaction insights.
- Conduct checks on photo documentation and student portfolios for reporting or marketing use.
- Assist with operational reports for internal reviews and planning.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Operations, or related fields.
- Prior experience in center management, customer service, or education operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills able to deal with children, parents, and trainers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Resourceful, well-organized, and proactive with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on weekends or evenings, as required by the program schedule
