Job Summary
Lead the Sales Admin Team to execute sales processing functions, manage vehicle registrations, coordinate inventory and shipments, and improve workflows to support business operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Admin Team to ensure efficient sales processing and smooth daily workflow
- Create and process new sales deals, supporting Tender, Export, and House deals, ensuring all documents comply with system and regulatory requirements
- Manage vehicle registrations, COE bidding, stock reports, and coordinate submissions to LTA
- Distribute Sales Admin tasks to optimize daily operations and manage monthly sales, inventory allocations, and sales consultant incentives and commissions
- Prepare stock production orders and coordinate inventory management and planning
- Correspond and arrange incoming shipments and update inventory records
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc issues, resolve disputes, and implement workflow improvements
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient in vehicle registration processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong planning skills and ability to influence colleagues and subordinates effectively
- Demonstrated skills in time management, decision making, adaptability, conflict resolution, and mentorship
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- Willingness to work 5 days a week
- Willingness to work in the Tuas area
- Availability of company transport with pick-up at designated areas
