Reporting to the Associate Director, TTH Taste Asia Pacific, the Marketing Manager will have opportunities to work with experts in key areas, such as flavor creation,application, commercial, innovation, sensory and consumer insights, as well as major clients across multiple markets. We, therefore, are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have adeep understanding of food industry trends, effective communication skills, acritical and analytical mindset, and the creative flair necessary for solid conceptualization and implementation of marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities
- Identify emerging trends and consumer lifestyles, unmet needs, and connect with dsm-firmenich technologies and unique value propositions
- Identify new market opportunities and translate them into differentiating concepts of flavor offerings and solutions
- Support growth initiatives by creating impactful and relevant go-to-market packages
- Develop, implement, and manage the regional marketing strategy, in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Lead, to support the Taste business
- Be an engaging presenter and a subject matter expert in insightful trends and consumer lifestyle discussions with clients and internally
- Increase the value of the dsm-firmenich brand by ensuring our competitive edge in technology, flavor creation and insights is marketed to clients consistently, and internally, engage the global marketing network and support the local marketing teams by sharing trend updates, creative concepts and best practices
Youbring
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or International Management related field is preferred with min. 5 years in a leadership role for a marketing or related function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (any graphic design skill is a plus)
- Creative and strategic thinking
- High level of autonomy and ability to influence without authority across functions/divisions/markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Skilled at crucial/difficult conversations
