Job Description:
- Oversees comprehensive budgeting and cost control for the Regional Headquarter Office.
- Manages the full lifecycle of administrative assets, including procurement, allocation, annual inventory checks, and asset disposal.
- Leads office management functions such as leasing, renovation projects, workspace planning, and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and greenery.
- Implements safety management systems, conducts self-inspections and emergency drills, and supports safety production and safety compliance.
- Administers company vehicle operations, including leasing arrangements and periodic payments.
- Handles housing accommodations for Senior Management, covering lease agreements and recurring payment processing.
- Supports the execution of company events and visitor receptions; provides administrative services and meeting venue setup.
- Assists employee care activities to enhance staff engagement and well-being.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, procurement or customer service positions
- Experience working with Chinese enterprise is an advantage
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to meet people from all levels
- Bilingual with proficiency in mandarin preferred to liaise with various parties from Hong Kong headquarters
- Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are preferred
