Job Responsibilities :
- Full set of accounts for month end & year end closing (API AR, GL, CB)
- Handle subcontractors accounts and payment
- In charge of project progress billing, receipts, project budget and profit recognition
- Scrap sales, interco and ad hoc billing
- Handle ATTC (Approved training & testing center) transaction
- Giro payment entries, perform bank reconciliation, manage bank balance
- Prepare monthly accounts schedule
- Responsible for monthly closing of accounts including preparing accounts schedules & journal entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
- Analyse cost and the actual performance compared to budgets
- Prepare management reports
- Handle quarterly GST submission
- Tax and statutory audit compliance
- Assist in any adhoc reporting as and when required
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and preferably with experience in construction companies would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skill, both written and oral
- Strong commitment and dedication to strict adherence to reporting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
