Senior Accounts Executive

• Report directly to Finance in charge
• Collaborate with team from HQ on digitalisation and process improvement
• Liaise with book keepers from all outlets to synchronise/update developments
• Reconcile inventories, receivables and incoming funds via Paynow QR
• Ensure forfeited tickets are fully inventorised or sold
• Learn to access databases to extract data
• Ensure data populated via API are accurate
• Assist in the upkeep and accuracy of data within cloud accounting system
• Support team in daily operation and administrative tasks when needed
