Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to partner closely with the Account Director in driving growth for the firm's key priority accounts. This role ensures that account strategies are executed efficiently, management information (MI) is accurate and timely, and BD initiatives are effectively coordinated. You will act as the operational backbone of account management, enabling the front-office team to focus on client engagement while managing processes, reporting, and program coordination. For global priority accounts, occasional cross-regional coordination may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Priority Accounts:

  • Partner with the Account Director to implement account strategies and track progress.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure account information is up-to-date.

Deliver Insights:

  • Prepare MI dashboards and reports on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate Programmes:

  • Manage BD initiatives, campaigns, and events for priority accounts.
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and governance standards are met.

Market Intelligence:

  • Research industry trends and competitor activities relevant to priority accounts.
  • Summarize findings into concise reports to inform account planning.

Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Streamline BD processes and champion best practices in reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development support, middle office, or operations within professional services or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience in programme/project coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and resilience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones when required.
