Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing).
- Prepare and maintain tangible/intangible asset schedule.
- Prepares balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
- Handle Interco confirmation and reconciliations.
- Prepare and Review the bookkeeping of overseas branch.
- Prepare Monthly report PL Variances Analysis and Cash Flow Management.
- Quarterly reporting packages for headquarter.
- Key person to assist on the semi-annually budgeting and forecast process.
- Prepare / Review and file GST return.
- Assist in liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external).
- Liaised with banker on bank related matters.
- Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn.
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years finance & cost accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in SAP.
- Experience work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.
- Team player, team leader Detail Oriented and Disciplined.
- Meticulous, ability to work with numbers and data analysis.
