Senior Accounts Executive (Full Set/ East Region)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (830am to 530pm) [1-day WFH after confirmation]

Tasks and Responsibilities:

. Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing).

. Prepare and maintain tangible/intangible asset schedule.

. Prepares balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and audit schedules.

. Handle Interco confirmation and reconciliations.

. Prepare and Review the bookkeeping of overseas branch.

. Prepare Monthly report PL Variances Analysis and Cash Flow Management.

. Quarterly reporting packages for headquarter.

. Key person to assist on the semi-annually budgeting and forecast process.

. Prepare / Review and file GST return.

. Assist in liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external).

. Liaised with banker on bank related matters.

. Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn.

. Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:

. Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

. Preferably with least 5 years finance & cost accounting experience.

. Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel is added advantage.

. Must have Knowledge of SAP.

. Knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA a good advantage.

. Work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.

. Team player, team leader Detail Oriented and Disciplined.

. Meticulous, ability to work with numbers and data analysis.
