Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle WIP/project accounting and ensure proper month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Perform monthly cash flow updates and monitoring.
- Conduct monthly bank and financial account reconciliations.
- Manage inter-company reconciliations and ensure accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, including GST submissions and financial audits.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretariat, and bank agents.
- Provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
- Assist in streamlining processes and improving efficiency in accounting and cash flow management.
- Maintain organized files and financial records.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Synergix accounting software is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and external parties.
