Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders from project sites and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Generate and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular inventory reports for management review.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Support the Assistant Manager, Purchasing, in procurement activities and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, timelines, and cost control measures.
Requirement:
- Diploma & above.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in construction industry.
- Experience with constructions/ building material procurement is a must.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftApplication is a must.
