Job Responsibilities
- Accounting for construction work-in-progress and other project overheads
- Prepare monthly close process and the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
- Ensure proper documentations for financial and audit purpose
- Ensure proper accounting policies and procedures are in place
- Support cashflow forecast and cash management
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant - ACCA, CFA, ISCA or related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of accounting working experience
Other Prerequisites
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English
