We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Account Manager to join our team and build long-term relationships with our clients, driving growth and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling their day-to-day needs and resolving issues that may arise.
- Lead key accounts / mid-sized projects and campaigns independently, from development to execution, with minimal supervision.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely project delivery, while adhering to budgets and project scope.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges, escalating when necessary and collaborating with supervisors to find effective solutions.
- Participate in business development, contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
- Use industry knowledge and client insights to help win new projects.
Team Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, motivating and guiding team members to deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate with teams to craft well-thought-out strategies based on a deep understanding of client objectives and brand strategy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights to drive client and company growth.
Creative Oversight
- Develop creative briefs and guide the creative process to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Provide feedback on creative work, pushing for innovation while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Confidently present and sell campaign concepts to clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring OOm remains at the forefront of creative excellence.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an enterprise/key account management role within an agency setting.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and analyse client needs.
- Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Programmatic, DOOH preferred
