As a Senior Regional Account Manager, you will serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring influencer (KOL) campaigns run smoothly, on time, and meet expectations. You will manage client relationships, design influencer collaboration strategies, and oversee campaign execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment between client objectives and internal team execution across regional markets.
- Lead the development and presentation of influencer campaign strategies and proposals tailored to each client's brand and business goals.
- Translate client briefs into actionable influencer strategies, leveraging insights on market dynamics, audience behavior, and platform trends.
- Identify and recommend high-impact KOLs/influencers across markets, ensuring strategic alignment with brand positioning and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, operations) to drive smooth execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage and track campaign budgets, overseeing negotiations with influencers to optimize cost-effectiveness and value.
- Oversee performance tracking and reporting, drawing insights to inform campaign optimization and strategic recommendations.
- Proactively manage feedback from both clients and influencers with a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining professionalism and trust.
- Support client retention and account growth by identifying upsell opportunities, contributing to long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in account management, KOL/influencer marketing, digital agencies, or similar fields preferably in the South East Asia region.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and the influencer industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadline pressure.
- Able to multitask and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and local language.
