The opportunity

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our fastmoving APAC commercial team. Your mission Supercharge growth with our banking and financial services partners, with a sharp focus on the South Korea & Japan market.

You'll spot opportunities others miss, drive upsell and crosssell deals and build powerful relationships with decisionmakers who shape the future of payments. This is a handson role where you'll roll up your sleeves, lead conversations, and make things happen in a highgrowth, highimpact environment.

Your Mission

  • Own and grow a portfolio of South Korean & Japanese banking & financial services partners, driving revenue and transaction volumes to new heights.
  • Craft and execute smart account strategies that expand, retain, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Build influence with senior stakeholders - from CEOs to product managers - and lead impactful quarterly reviews.
  • Turn data into action, spotting opportunities and shaping strategic conversations with insight.
  • Team up across functions, working with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Shape the future, contributing to global initiatives like product roadmap design, pricing strategies, and go to market plans.

What We're Looking For

We want a trailblazer who thrives in a fast paced, technical environment and is excited about building high growth businesses.

  • 8+ years driving success in Account Management, with a strong portfolio of banking / financial services clients.
  • Fluent in English and Korean and/or Japanese, as you will be speaking with clients within South Korea & Japan banks & financial services partners. You will be managing the client relationship and articulating strategies for expansion and growth, as well as retention in a highly regulated market.
  • A proven revenue driver, with a track record of growing accounts and unlocking new opportunities.
  • Deep expertise in domestic and international payment schemes - bonus if you know SWIFT correspondent banking inside out.
  • Sharp understanding of the financial services landscape, especially the complexities of cross border payments.
  • Relationship builder extraordinaire - from CEOs to product managers, you know how to earn trust and influence.
  • Hands on and detail oriented, ready to lead partner calls, negotiate deals, and roll up your sleeves.
  • Technically savvy, able to solution with partners while navigating commercial and legal terms.
  • Passionate about transforming global payments and making a real impact.
