Responsibilities
- Monitor mechanical process performance and promptly identify deviations
- Evaluate tool capability and assign tools based on product specifications
- Adjust and tune equipment to meet strict mechanical requirements
- Perform post-process disposition, including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC decisions
- Initiate containment actions when process deviations are detected
- Support operations in setup verification and corrective actions per procedures
- Sustain high-volume production under tight mechanical control limits
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and output targets
- Assist process engineers with data collection and evaluation on the production floor
- Provide timely decision-making support during critical production periods
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or Science
- Experiences in mechanical processes for manufacturing
- Knowledge on the mechanical technology with impact of wafer's structure, thickness, or geometry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to interpret technical data
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment and 12-hours permanent night / day shift.
- Good teamwork and communication skills
