We are currently partnering with a leading semiconductor manufacturing company to expand their engineering team and are looking to connect with multiple Semiconductor Engineers across various process modules. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing high-volume wafer fabrication environment with strong long-term career growth and exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies.

About the Role

We are hiring Semiconductor Engineers to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing operations within a high-volume 300mm wafer fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance.
• Monitor process conditions and assist with recipe setup, verification, and optimization on production equipment.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to improve process capability, quality, yield, productivity, and reliability.
• Analyze production data and support process improvement initiatives through systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Assist in conducting experiments and implementing process optimization activities.
• Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate process deviations and production abnormalities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Operate in a fast-paced 24/7 wafer fabrication environment under rotating shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other STEM-related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Experience in a 12-inch (300mm) wafer fab environment will be advantageous.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with semiconductor process modules such as Etch, Diffusion, Photolithography, CVD/CMP, Metrology, or PVD is preferred.
• Candidates with experience from high-volume semiconductor fabs across Asia are encouraged to apply.
