- Manage the full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, including equipment buyoff (IBO and CBO) requirements and timely closure of internal and external CARS.
- Continuously review and update QA systems, workflows, and documentation spearhead improvement initiatives to drive performance beyond compliance with standards.
- Drive supplier quality performance through audits, qualification, and recertification of vendors, supporting the company's supply chain development efforts.
- Compile weekly and monthly QA reports, ensuring clear communication of quality performance and improvement actions across teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in metrology tools and techniques (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block, Smart Scope) and problemsolving methods such as 8D discipline, FMEA, and QC data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, detailoriented, proactive, and able to drive quality improvement programs independently while working effectively in a team.
