About The Team
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join the Seller Engagement, Business Development team as a Seller Experience & Communications Specialist. In this role, youll be at the forefront of shaping the seller journeycrafting impactful communications, driving policy education, amplifying community stories, supporting high-impact events and campaigns, and enabling success across strategic projects.
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, agile collaborator, and passionate advocate for seller growth within a dynamic e-commerce ecosystem.
Job Description
- Creating and adapting content across key seller touchpoints
- Identify and package useful seller resources for different communication & engagement channels via Socials (Community), In-App (push-notifications, Seller Centre, Seller Education Hub), Out-of-App (eDMs, webinars, etc.)
- Curate creative briefs and basic copywriting
- Prepare, coordinate and host Shopee University webinars (training materials, help-resources, etc.)
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting of communication and educational channels performance
- Project management: Front discussions with operational and/or commercial teams
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and evergreen campaigns that include seller community management, acquisition initiatives and seller events
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in related fields
- Excellent in communication in English with a clear and concise communication style in verbal and written
- Experience in designing/curating creative briefs, presentation decks and short/long-form copywriting
- Comfortable with presenting in front of an audience (i.e. Webinars & Events)
- Confident in managing multiple deadlines with strong task-prioritisation
- Basic experience in data management (i.e. Microsoft Excel) and design (i.e. Canva)
- Comfortable with project management and working with multiple cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Operations, Commercials, Marketing, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated strong stakeholder management ability
- Prior experience in e-Commerce and/or Marketing Communications is a bonus
