Security Executive

Responsibilities:

. Team Management: Supervise the daily activities of the Security Officers, ensuring that they are fulfilling their duties and adhering to hotel security protocols. Report directly to the Assistant Security Manager and Security Manager regarding all security-related matters. Assist in training and guiding Security Officers on security procedures, emergency response, and guest interactions to maintain high standards of service and safety.

. Physical Security: Monitor access control, patrols, and surveillance systems such as CCTV to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Report any potential security issues to the Assistant Security Manager.

. Emergency Preparedness: Respond promptly to security incidents, accidents, or emergencies, and assist in the investigation process. Document all incidents and report findings to the Assistant Security Manager and Security Manager.

. Guest and Employee Safety: Ensure proper functioning of security equipment, including alarms, CCTV, and access control systems, and escalate maintenance issues to the Assistant Security Manager.

. Collaboration: Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services in the event of security incidents, ensuring appropriate and timely responses.

. Compliance and Reporting: Conduct routine security checks of the property, ensuring all safety standards

are maintained and reporting any findings or potential risks to the Assistant Security Manager. Assist in preparing security reports, including incident summaries and daily operational updates, for review by the Assistant Security Manager and Security Manager.

Requirements:

. Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a security-related role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

. Possession of a valid Security Officer License issued by the Singapore Police Force.

. Knowledge of local security regulations and industry best practices, with the ability to apply them during daily operations.

.Good leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to guide and mentor Security Officers effectively.

. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English and preferably additional languages.

. Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills in high-stress situations.

. Familiarity with security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.

. Certification in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.
