Manage Plant and Power business in Singapore and Asia-Pacific region.
Plan and execute business strategy to achieve mid-term targes of Section.
Draw up fiscal year budget and manage forecast and result of Section.
Communicate with Tokyo Head Quarter periodicaly to report and update project and financial status.
Develop and manage new projects together with local partners in Asia-Pacific countries and Tokyo Head Quarter.
Operate and expand trade businesses relating to the new projects.
Research and find out invesment opportunities in Asia-Pacific countries
Job Requirements
Building up clear, consistent and sustainable strategies Plant and Power business segment.
Vast experience in trading, investment and finance in Plant and Power business segment.
Good communication skills including proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means to Senior managements, Staffs, Clients and Vendors.
Challenging, open minded, sensitive and able to work in multicultural environment.
Problem-solving and analytics skills with demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, extract key information from clients/vendors, verify cause of problem and develop feasible solutions to resolve problems identified.
Excellent ability to converse in business Japanese language to liaise with Japanese counterparts in all region and Japan HQ.
