Secretary (Healthcare/3 Months Contract/Renewable/West)

Job Summary:

• Location: West
• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 630pm
• Basic up to $3,800

Job Description:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, and concurrently take on secretarial support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO).

• Serve as the CHRO's primary point of contact, handle correspondence and phone calls and manage her calendar of appointments and meetings.
• Assist CHRO in preparing the materials for meetings she is required to attend and track follow-up action items.
• Assist and expedites issues received by CHRO Office
• IT and Fixed Asset Coordinator for the department, including managing tracking and audit matters.
• Support the on-boarding and off-boarding matters for HR staff
• Secretariat for meetings
• Any other projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• At least 4 years relevant experiences.
