Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements when required
Assist with meeting logistics (offline or online), including sending invites, setting venues/meeting rooms, preparing materials, arranging technical setup, etc
Assist with KYC-related matters
Support the end-to-end documentation process, including printing, signing, circulation, and mailing
Track and follow up on transaction timelines, including drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments
Maintain schedules and send timely reminders for covenant or report submissions that are required by Banks
Prepare and monitor payment requests
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and softcopies), including P&C records, agreements, name cards, and other important documents
Ensure all documents are securely stored and easily retrievable when needed
Adhoc tasks as requested
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience as a Secretary or administrative role
Possess good and strong secretarial, administrative skills, organisational and inter-personal relationship
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office
Able to work independently with minimal supervision under a team structure
Attention to detail, organized, thorough and meticulous
Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information
Able to work with multiple departmental and functional heads
