Responsibilities
About the team:
The T&S Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the Local Services search experience from the user perspective, collaborating with Product and R&D to drive strategy and improve key business metrics.
- Support new product features and strategies by assessing their impact to ensure user satisfaction and business goals are met, while defining ideal user experiences.
- Plan and execute operational campaigns for key Local Services scenarios, promoting cross-team collaboration to achieve business targets.
- Enhance evaluation quality and operational efficiency by optimizing processes and leveraging large language models and automation tools.
- Build and maintain user feedback metrics, monitor and analyze key experience issues, and drive feedback improvements.
- Establish a robust feedback management system to track collection, attribution, prioritization, and resolution, providing authentic user insights to improve experience.
- Lead and develop the operations team, strengthening capabilities in strategy and product iteration.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in internet product operations with team management experience; experience in search or Local Services preferred.
- Skilled in building user feedback systems, including metric design, process setup, and feedback closure, with ability to drive experience improvements via data analysis.
- Capable of user-centered product evaluation, independently conducting feature research and collaborating with Product and R&D for delivery.
- Strong data analysis and user research skills, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights for actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent cross-team communication and project management skills to align resources and deliver results.
- Strategic thinker with systematic operational skills, able to plan, formalize methods, and grow team influence.
