Seafreight Officer (Import)

Location: Toh Guan Road (West, Singapore)
Salary: $2,300 - $2,800 + AWS + VB
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end import seafreight shipments

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of shipping documentation (e.g. HB/L, MBL, manifests, pre-alerts)

• Handle customs declarations and TradeNet submissions

• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements, timelines, and service standards

• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly

• Perform system data entry and maintain accurate shipment records

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures

• Support cost control and maintain service quality standards

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in seafreight, shipping, or freight forwarding

• Familiar with import documentation and TradeNet operations would be advantageous
