Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across Asia, ISC, and Europe.
Support origin teams and sales colleagues with pricing requests and commercial discussions.
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of customers, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Ensure efficient information flow on market developments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Complete pricing activities for both global and local tenders, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Monitor volume and NAC performance, highlighting gaps and driving solutions.
Represent the business through customer visits and support BU/sales in key engagements.
A Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field.
2-5 years of trade or sea logistics experience, ideally within freight forwarding.
Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Clear and effective communication skills, including conflict management capabilities.
Highly organized, structured, and proactive working style with the ability to perform under pressure.
Fluency in English (Chinese is an advantage).
Willingness to travel across Asia and ISC regions.
