What we would like you to bring
- A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in a Seafreight MNC with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong track record in business development and expanding customer accounts.
- In-depth understanding of operational performance management and customer service excellence.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget planning and achievement of KPIs.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
