Sea Freight Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
. Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
. Plan and manage shipment schedules, including consolidation and overseas coordination.
. Arrange deliveries and pickups in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
. Prepare and review documentation to support shipping and regulatory requirements.
. Manage import/export declarations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
. Liaise with clients, partners, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
. Build and maintain strong working relationships with logistics vendors and transport providers.
. Monitor shipments, billing, and documentation through systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
. Address and resolve operational or documentation challenges to maintain service standards.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
. 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Detail-oriented and organized
