Working Day: Full Time (5 days/week)

Salary Range: $2,800 - $3,000 per month

About the role

As an Operations Executive - Ocean Freight Import at AWOT GLOBAL LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in the company's global logistics operations. This full-time position is based in the Changi East Region, where you will contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of cargo worldwide.

Job Description:

• Handle daily seafreight import operations.
• Coordinate with customers/vendors/carriers/overseas counterpart for all shipments.
• Ensure vendor costing are correct, and input in system accordingly.
• Ensure billing is done on time and according to quotation given.
• Handle Ocean Import permit declaration.
• Backup of your team member who is on leave / medical leave.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior/management

What we're looking for

• With at least 2 years of ocean operations experiences in logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge of sea freight operations and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and export regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.
