Scope of Services
Receptionist
- Manage the General Office reception counter: attend to walk-in visitors and phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including fax, mail, parcels, and routing emails from the school's generic email account.
- Collect and distribute documents to/from students (e.g., survey forms, NRIC, graduation certificates, application forms).
- Arrange bus transport bookings for staff and verify invoices against booking forms.
- Provide care for students at the sick bay, including administering simple first aid.
- Update students contact information in the school system.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager.
School Attendant (General Office)
- Perform cleaning of rooms located at the Zhulin block (General Office).
- Provide logistics support for school programmes and events, including:
- Refreshment setup
- Table arrangement
- Preparation of goodie bags, etc. - Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager.
- Preferred: Prior experience in roles requiring early reporting (7:00 a.m. or earlier).
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Receptionist
- Minimum GCE O Level with credit in English, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with IT systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar scope of services.
- Preferred: Experience working in MOE schools.
- Must hold a valid First Aid certification (as of ITQ closing date).
Working hours:
7am-4pm
