Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Attend to walk-in enquiries and requests from students, visitors, and suppliers.
Provide accurate information and services to all stakeholders.
Records & Inventory Management
Maintain and update filing systems and inventory records.
Manage lost and found items.
Coordinate the receipt and delivery of goods.
Student Support & Sickbay Management
Maintain sickbay records and attend to students at the sickbay.
Manage early dismissal of students due to medical reasons.
Provide basic first aid to injured students.
Student Events & Administrative Coordination
Manage student-related matters, including:
Student and class photos
NRIC applications in school
School health checks and dental checks
QSE surveys and other student events
Pack pamphlets, leaflets, and souvenirs for staff and students.
Assist teachers-in-charge (e.g., notifying them when their goods arrive, helping with event preparations).
Contact teachers-in-charge as needed.
Secretarial Support
Arrange appointments and organise meetings.
Contact students and parents regarding fee arrears or other administrative matters.
General Upkeep & Other Duties
Maintain cleanliness of School Leaders rooms and the General Office pantry.
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by School Leaders and the Admin Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Education: Minimum Secondary School education.
Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience as a receptionist with administrative experience in a school environment.
Computer Skills: General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Systems Knowledge: Able to work with computers and maintain school e-applications (e.g., systems for early release of students, recording of late-coming students, etc.).
Personal Attributes: Team player, able to work independently, and possesses a positive attitude.
