- Work Location - Bartley
- Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $2800
- 11 months contract
Job Scope:
- Manage front counter operations and attend to enquiries
- Handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to the General Office
- Assist in managing the sickbay by attending to unwell and providing first-aid to students. (e.g.: open wound such as knee abrasion, cut finger, nose bleeding, fever
- Handle lost and found money and items.
- Assist in admin duties such as data entry, filing, laminating, sorting of mails, etc.
- Packing and dissemination of brochures, forms and information booklets.
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area and sick bay.
- Pack items into carton boxes
- Any other duties assigned when required.
Requirements:
- GCE N Levels and above
- Prior experience in school environment would be an advantage
- Knowledge in First Aid
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
