- Work Location - Lower Delta
- Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 7am - 4pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $2800
- 12 Months Contract
Job Scope:
- Manage front counter operations and attend to enquiries
- Handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to the General Office
- Monitor and submit daily attendance reports for students and staff
- Receive and coordinate incoming goods and inform relevant parties on deliveries
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, printing, and document collation
- Provide basic first aid support to students when required
- Support school operations and carry out other duties assigned by reporting officers or school leaders
Requirements:
- GCE N Levels and above
- Prior experience in school environment would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
