Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
Handle phone enquiries and assist walk-in visitors promptly
Maintain logs of phone calls and visitor details
Administrative Support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform filing, scanning, photocopying, and other general office duties
Issue keys, stationery, and teaching materials to staff as needed
Assist in the coordination of school events and programmes
Student Support
Help students with lost items, spare uniforms, or locate teachers and classrooms
Liaise with parents regarding student-related matters
Maintain records of lost and found items and spare uniform inventory
General Duties
Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the school
Qualification, Skill & Experience Requirements
The Personnel should ideally possess the following:
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
