Provide scalp / hair related services, such as washing, blowing and drying to customers.
Recommend suitable solutions and products aligned with customer's needs.
Required to undergo and successfully complete training in all treatments.
Required to continually be familiarised with all products and services and be proficient in answering customers questions.
Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Equip with knowledge on all administrative aspects of work including but not limited to record keeping, stock taking and ordering of consumable items required at the outlet.
Identify issues relating to maintenance of machines and equipment, and any promotions that may be offered by the outlet from time to time.
Be an Ambassador of the Company.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Company.
