SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Act as SME for various SuccessFactors modules across HR processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements.
• Provide functional expertise and best practices across the full SF suite.
• Oversee system interfaces and integrations with S/4HANA RISE and other enterprise applications.
• Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and communication across stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Drive change management, user training, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with exposure to large-scale projects.
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of S/4HANA RISE.
