. This role is focused on SAP project delivery, managing complex SuccessFactors implementation projects.

. You will oversee end-to-end SuccessFactors and SAP HCM project lifecycles, collaborating with project teams to ensure all project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

. Responsibilities Lead and manage full-cycle SuccessFactors project delivery, working closely with cross-functional project teams.

. Drive all phases of the project including requirements gathering, data analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.

. Manage and support HCM and SuccessFactors module implementations, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.

. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional or technical issues, applying strong analytical skills to evaluate variable factors.

. Coordinate and lead SuccessFactors implementations for Singapore-based projects.

. Provide guidance in testing, deployment, release management, and user training. Collaborate in Agile project environments, contributing to development, support, and deployment processes.

. Participate in presales activities when required, providing solution insights and project expertise.

Job Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience within the Singapore consulting landscape.

. Hands-on techno-functional expertise, with strong experience working with Singapore HR project teams.

. Deep functional and/or technical proficiency across HCM and SuccessFactors modules, with exposure to multiple industries.

. Must hold certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules.

. Strong capability in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical/Functional Solution Design.

. Presales experience is an advantage.

. Willingness to learn and deliver additional SuccessFactors modules as needed.

. Prior experience in SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes is required.

. Flexibility to work across the full delivery landscape, including Agile development, support, and deployment.

. Strong understanding of testing methodology, training delivery, and release management.
